I had a customer last week that ordered a gift for her daughter's birthday. I worked with her to get her idea just right.
She shot me a text this morning, as she had been using the tracking number sent to her by our system, to look for the package - it was delayed. It was heading to MI, apparently by way of TN to St. Louis to Kansas City to ??
She was not expecting me to do anything really, but perhaps be disappointed with her. You know, once it leaves our shop and is in transit, it is on the carrier. Anyway, I wanted to so something for her if I could, to empathize.
We recently purchased the Doodly application that you see advertised (a little too often) on YouTube. I've had my eye on it for quite some time, though there really is not enough hours to learn it and apply it. I've been piddling around with it, probably as a diversion to all the other things I need to get done. An idea dawned on me...so I sent her this! I hope it made things just a little better.
