Print-Ready Artwork Guidelines

Print-Ready Artwork Guidelines

Please review the following before submitting your artwork for printing.

Artwork Ownership

  • All artwork, logos, photos, and graphic elements submitted must be owned by you or used with the permission of the copyright owner.

  • If submitted artwork appears to match commercially available livestock graphics or artwork created by another designer, we may verify that you have purchased or obtained the appropriate rights before printing.

  • By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all included elements.

Printing Your Artwork

  • Artwork will be printed as submitted. Please carefully proofread all names, spelling, dates, and other information before uploading.

  • Your file should be created at the exact finished sign size. Unless specifically requested, do not include bleed or crop marks.

Tips for Great Results

  • Use easy-to-read fonts, especially when viewed from a distance.

  • Use only high-resolution or vector artwork whenever possible.

  • Make sure logos, livestock graphics, and photographs are high quality. Low-resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.

  • Avoid taking screenshots or downloading images from social media, as these are often too low in quality for printing.

Recommended File Specifications

  • File Types: PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, TIFF, or high-resolution JPG/PNG

  • Color Mode: CMYK preferred

  • Resolution: 150–300 dpi at final size, or vector artwork

  • Fonts: Outlined or embedded

  • Linked Images: Embedded or included with your files
