Hello - we hope this finds you and your family well. Sadly, we must inform you that we will not be able to complete your order in time for Christmas as we had hoped and want you to know we are as disappointed as you. We have truly given it our all with long hours, pushing to get to the finish line for each of you. It is unfortunate that we have run out of time. Beginning Sunday, we must take some time for incoming family and Christmas, but will get back to work ASAP to finish orders up - we have January events!
If you were at an event with us, we realize we expressed to you we should be able to get most all orders out by the 17th, however, we underestimated the total number of orders/items and the amount of time it would take for each to be designed, approved, printed, packaged and shipped. These were orders from 3 big events plus our 2 online platforms. We are hopeful people and we believed we could accomplish the goal even with just the 2 of us. We did not mean to mislead anyone or provide false hope. The weight of knowing our customers will be disappointed in us or even angry, is heavy. Please accept our apologies.
The overwhelming response to our products this year has been both awesome and humbling, but has also left us in a pinch to keep items on the shelves and keep orders processed both at events and in between. The tight schedule of events has made for only bits and pieces of time at home to work on orders as well. You can also toss in life changes for an aging parent to the mix.
Robert and I do want to thank you and your family for being a part of Stock Show Gear’s biggest year of growth. Obviously, we could not have done it without you! We have learned some things (the hard way) this year that will make us be better for 2022. We look forward to seeing you at the next event! Have a wonderful Christmas with your families - they are a treasure!
